my mobile no. is 9501194333 of AIRCEL and am using the BIS (Black Berry Internet Service) plan on this phone for which i am being charged Rs 14/ day . As per the terms and conditons of BIS plan am not supposed to be charged seperately for the data charges as the Data charges used as part of the BIS plan itself . But i see that Aircel is unfairly deducing my balance for data charges 

They keep sending me the message cost: xxx rs. and data usage: xxx kbs. i dont know wht they are deducting balance on there own d even when i am just USING THE COSTLIEST PLAN of the BIS.

Can some one from Aircel explaing what is happening here ?
