Aquaguard :Problem with Enhanced Green RO system
I bought an Aquaguard Total Enhance Green RO system on March 14th 2012. Since about 1 month from the date of purchase, I have been having problems with it. The system leaks water, and does not get filled up with drinking water.
I have been complaining to Aquaguard's customer service every time I have this problem. Each time, the service man comes in, does a temporary fix and goes away. One or two weeks after he goes away the problem resurfaces. I have put in a complaint 4 times in the past 2 months and each time the same story has repeated.
The last time I had this problem, I asked the CS person to consider replacing my system as I think there is problem with my piece. The person had told me that if the problem re-occurs he would consider replacing the system.
As expected, the problem has re-surfaced since the last time it was "fixed". I have again raised a complaint (complaint number 87147316). This time I strongly asked for my system to be replaced rather than be repaired again. I am however being met with cold replies and a "dont-care" attitude. I found out our area CS incharge Mr. Raju's phone number and tried talking to him directly. He told me that there was a problem with my batch of RO systems and that a pump in my system had to be replaced in order to fix the problem permanently. I have waited for more than three weeks for the new "pumps" to be procured by Aquaguard, but to no avail. Every time I call up Mr. Raju or the call center, I am met with an indifferent response.
