I have ordered a Seagate 2TB Hard Disk from them on 2nd March. They said they will deliver to me in 5 days. I have transferred Rs 5500 instantly to them. It has been a month and they are not even replying to me. I am now asking them for a refund. This is the first time I have come across a fraud of this kind. I will really take a crucial legal action if they do not respond me with penalty. I am a technical manager of NIC, they will have to pay a lot if there attitude is like that.

After i logged  a complaint with ShoutOut i immedialy got a response from Bone Rich on 3rd of April that they would be giving me my refund  on the condition that i get the complaint removed from ShoutOut website. I requested Avinash from ShoutOut to remove the complaint temporarily  so that i could get my refund . But these guys did not respond regarding the refund for the next 15 days !! . That is when i had to further threaten them that i would be putting the complaint back on ShoutOut and also go to the police station to file a complaint. 

I was again told that i would be getting my refund in 3-5 working days . Again no response from them for 15 day days  , finally i called them and threatened them to logde a complaint , after which i was finally issued the refund on 10 May. Please be ware of them.
