Hi, my name is Vikas Salvi. I had placed an order from timtara.com site on 20 March 2012 for Canon SX220 HS 14MP Digital Camera of Rs. 13,015 INR on the occasion of my Niece birthday. The payment was made using my HDFC debit card and the transaction was reported successfully.

Since 4 months from the date of purchase i haven't recieved my Product yet. I tried calling timtara customer care but no response. Please can you do something to refund my amount of Rs. 13,015 INR.
