Goodwill packets and movers based in Chennai has really poor service and i wanted to warn other so that they dont use this service and also get cheated like i have got . They agreed to transfer my Goods from Chennai on 19th April afternoon and committed to deliver on 21st April morning to Ranni, Kerala . They came and packed everything on 19th afternoon. But the items were not delivered in time and my goods were in Chennai for the next 36 hours. Later i found out that the goods were transferred from Goodwill packets trucks into another packers truck i.e Sangam Packer and movers . During this time Kumar from Goodwill packers was not able track where our good are. Later i found out that the main reason for all this problem was that they did not have interstate permits for their trucks , this is shows how irresponsible they are .

Finally I had to cancell my two domestic flight tickets and one 1st A/C train ticket. Total Loss was 13000 INR. My Goods got delivered only on 24th April afternoon (After 6 days)!! . I have suffered losses for my cancelled tickets as well lost peace of my mind for 6 days , so i would like to warn you guys so that you also dont meet the same fate.
