I have recharged with RC.21 yesterday morning at 5:30am by dialing some code given by them. When I did that for the first time I got a message saying that processing and got failed, so I did that again and it got successful but they deducted the amount Rs.42 frm my account.When I called to the customer care they are speaking with rude and not connecting to the supervisor when I eish to speak.Please do needful.
