DoCoMo: Invalid deduction of balance

Sir,
For the past one week docomo is simply deducting balance from my account. I called to your customer executives they are telling the offer is automatically activated and they only deactivate the offer and they told the money will be refunded to your account. But till now nothing has been refunded to me. Please help me in this.
