I ordered Kreda games for my child’s birth day on the 18th of November from home shop 18 online. It was clearly mentioned on the website that the product delivery will be withing 5 days after the order date. After making the order and payment, I received a text message 7-8 days for delivery.

Now it’s already been more than 11 days and the product has not been delivered yet. My child’s birth day is tomorrow that is 28th November and I do not have any other gifts. I have called them many times but it does not help.

I have used other websites where the service is really good. Now the product is no use and I want my money back. The status of shipment on the website is still  showing “cargo ready” ( which it has been showing since last 5 days) and despite repeated calls to the call center explaining the urgency of receiing goods lates by today, Sunday – 27th , there is no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever been through.
