I have made an order of 4 books on 7th May  on the Home Shop 18 network  and selected the payment mode to be cash on delivery . But on 9th May i recieved 8 books instead of 4 books which i had ordered.  The most shocking part was that i recieved 4 copies of 2 books which i ordered and they did not deliver 2 other books which we had ordered . This means that i have 6 books which are with me and these are not useful for me.

I have called up the customer service several times, they said we cant help, you can only EMAIL the book department! Which i have done 5 times  and my room mate has done it once . Each time we got a new ticket number   but no response from the customer care.  The details of the support ticket which is raised and the order number is attached below.

So I have 6 books lying with me in their boxes untouchced.I have not opened the BOXES and not touched them at all. Now here is what i want you to do . 

•  Please collect the 6 books which i dont need and give me the 2 other books which i have ordered.
• Am ready to pay the difference amount for the costs of the 2 books . 

I have "Explore Astrology Trikona 1" and "Explore Astrology Trikona 2" 4 copies each and i want to keep 1 copy each so would want to return 
 I have taken 1 copy of each so the remaining 3 copies of each book  , the cost details of this is given below.

Cost of remaining books: 
Trikona 1 - 67 x 3 = 201 
Trikona 2 - 79 x 3 = 237 

total is 438 /- I paid already for the extra copies of book that are in their BOXES UNTOUCHED AT ALL!

Remaining books in my order:
Prasna Marga 1 Payble after Discounts and Charges (Rs.) 272.00 
Prasna Marga 2 Payble after Discounts and Charges (Rs.) 203.00 
Total 272+ 203 = 475 

So please send me those 2 remaining books and I will give the courrier guy all the 6 boxes that cost 438 and I will pay the difference

475 - 438 = 37

so I need to pay 37 rupees difference and give the 6 books that i already paid for 438 rupees for in cash to the courrier man.
