Hi,
I have been using the HUL Pureit water filter for quite some time now . The filter stopped working as the GermKill kit was used up and i decided to order the same via the customer care of Pureit . Everytime i placed the order they promise that it would be delivered in 2 days , it has been 12 days since  i have first approach them yet they have not delivered the product . Every phone call they assure that it would be delivered soon .

The main problem is that the Germ kill kit is not available outside in retail and only available from Pureit people . They are not delivering it and this means that the filter is unuseable . Only option i have is to order a new one from another company. Please respond else i would switch to competition.
