Hi,

I gave my Blackberry curve to repair in Redington Blackberry Support Centre. After 5 days they mailed me stating that my handset is irreparable due to PCB liquid damage and asking to collect it as it is after 3 working days by paying inspection charges of (Rs. 180) which they waived off when i said i m not going to pay any charges.

Firstly ther are returningmy phone without repairing and secondly they were asking me to pay. Anyways that mobile is of no use and why i need to pay as it is still under warranty. Being such a big brand a company like Blackberry is confirming that they cannot reapir their own companies mobile phone. Also their executive asking me to get it repaired from some other local service centre. If they cannot repair then why have they opened a BB service centre. 

I got this handset for Rs. 9400/- 11 months back and now this phone is of no use and my money got wasted. So now I want you all to take necessary action against Blackberry to get my money back or get this phone repalaced.
