I purchased a LG split ac on 13th December 2010. But the issue with the machine is that it's not cooling properly. I hav registered complaints 5 times already. The latest compaint no is RNA110908065907 from duga electronices shakinagar.
The last complaint was registered on 08th September 2011, nobody showed up. Finally I talked to a mechanic from the office. But he said it'll cost me to repair the machine but my product is in warranty period. They refused to do the service free of cost.
Please help me regarding this
