I bought one godrej refrigerator on 4th September 2007 from Nanra refrigeration Delhi. I was assured 5 years waranty for the compressure. On 23rd February 2012 the Compressure stopped working. I registered a complaint on the same day. The complaint number is 2302347290. On the very next day an engineer came and asked for Rs 2132 . I refused him saying that the compressor is under warranty period and  called the customer care on 18002095511. The executive gave me the contact no. Of mr pradeep(9810477037). Mr Pradeep told me that the charges have to be paid by me and asked me to get it fixed from outside. Mr Pradeep told me that I purchased the refrigerator from Nanra dealer for which the warranty of the compressure is of one year. Mr Pradeep never called me after that. I called the customer care again and told about the incident and they told me that senior engenier would contact me soon but nobody has called me

In 25th February I called Mr Pradeep again but he told me that the enginer would contact me soon. After few minutes I received a call from Mr Manoj Bhola (engineer) from his number 9871515277 and he told me that as I  purchased the refrigerator from Nanra refrigerator so the warranty of compressure is of 1year and they will not repair my refrigerator. I called the customer care again 13.55 hr and  they confirmed me that it does not matter if I have purchased refrigerator from any dealer, the warranty of the compressure is of 5yrs only and I  reportedd the incident to customer care that the Mr pradeep is refusing to repair my refrigertor under warranty and they told me that senior enginer will contact me soon but nobody has contacted me.I  called c.care at 16.46 hr and told the executive about the communication between me and mr.pradeep

She gave me another number of Alpana (9911098104) but the number was switched off. I am completely traumatized by the service of Godrej team
