I purchased a life insurance policy (#15963527) ,a Guaranteed saving insurance Plan from icici pru life on 24th September 2011. I have already got the receipt of Rs 50773. But till now I have not received the original documents. I have requested in the local brance personally several times ( ICICI DEMAT, chandkheda branch ,Ahmadabad) to Mr Aalap shah. I have alsready pad for it. They replied according to their office record the document had been sent to my address and received by me. I really need those documents. Please help regarding this matter.
