    I went to buy some groceries in Reliance fresh lacated in Salarganj Gate near bus stand Panipat. I purchased one  bag of Best Basmati Rice  and the price on the display was 399Rs per 5 kgs. But they charged Rs 440 for the rice in the bill. [...]
