scratches on new Herohonda pleasure and refusing to replace the parts

 I bought one Hero Honda Pleasure on 27th March 2010 and the  Eng. No-JF16EAAGB16406 and Frame No-MBLJF16ECAGB16781. I purchased it from the  sub dealer M/S AUTO WORLD, New Arengapara Road ,Golaghat, Assam.But I found some scratches  under cover on the day of purchasing. The dealer/sub-dealer gave me a written notice that they would replace these as soon as possible but till now they have not replaced these. Despite of my several requests  they refused to do so. There is no good response and service from the dealer.I have alsready registered a  complaint through e-mail to the company  on customer care mail id (eg, calcutta@herohonda.com , delhi@herohonda.com) on 31st Decemeber 2011. But there is no response from the company and the Dealer /Sub-Dealer.

I would like to  request for a solution regarding thai and necessary action.
