I had placed an order in January 2012 for a book, which I was told would be delivered in 15 days. That didn't happen. I then got a call saying it would be delivered in the 2nd-3rd week of March. I even got an email confirming this. But after that i have not heard back from the company despite my several attempts to contact them via email . It seems like a fraud to me but am not sure . My suggestion  would be to never use this site to make any order.

See the email conversation with the customer care confirming that they would ship my order , but i have not recieved the book till date.
