Ubislate : Non Reciept of Tablet despite advance payment

I had booked the Ubislat + tab  VIDE ORDER NO PM17A9BA630C & paid a full advance payment of  Rs 2999/- byDD No 13237 OF SBI,Rajkot Branch  No 00463. However i have not yet recieved the tab yet . I have been trying to reach the DataWind team but no response yet.
