<description><![CDATA[Online Prepaid Recharge Transaction failed but the amount is debitedThis complaint is regarding the Airtel prepaid recharge. I&rsquo;ve 2 times done a recharge of 125 INR on 22-may-2013 and 23-may-2013 for my mobile +91 8527834003 from SBI Bank and till now Airtel has not recharged my mobile. SBI Bank has confirmed that the transaction is successful from the Bank&nbsp;I&rsquo;ve spent more than 8 hours with Airtel in the last one month in getting the issue resolved and Airtel call center agents raised around 4 complaints on my behalf to look after the issue. Unfortunately it is sad to see that all the complaints are just closed without any proper resolution to my satisfaction.Airtel should take the responsibility for this unpleasant experience and ensure that it pays back the amount to its customers whenever a transaction is not materialized.Request you to please create awareness about the way Airtel treats its customer using the print media and help the people and society get a better customer service.Thanks in advance.ThanksAtul shinde]]></description>

I recharged 3GB data valid 90days and am lossing daily 30-50MB data without good 3G downloads like Twitter or mail on my iphone.&nbsp;
while the internet is available intemitently say half of the day fail to understand why I am loosing my amount. I lodged twitter complaint but to no avail. Please look into and improve Mobile Data 3G service in this area. Its right on Ldh - Chd highway 50kms from both cities, promonent place with police station, school and Tehsil etc.&nbsp;]]></description>

When &nbsp;want to the shop they said they`ll activate the sim in 48 hours,&nbsp;Because of the we took more 03 sim card on postpaid plan. Till now no one came to do the verification, &nbsp;Today when I went to shop they are saying that &nbsp;executive came on Friday and Sunday to do the verification. But we all were at home so there was no person came to do the verification, this is really stupid things which they are telling us.This one of the third class services given by Vodafone.Today is the 05th day &nbsp;of the new number and still it has not be activated . <description><![CDATA[I, Shubham Gopal Bhattad, Vodafone's Customer bearing no. 9966237353 have&nbsp;received a bill amounting to Rs. 2826/-. I am a customer of Vodafone since&nbsp;2012. My most usage is in calling &amp; data. My average bills amount to Rs.&nbsp;300/- to Rs. 500/-.&nbsp;I visited the store in the&nbsp;month of February 2013 &amp;&nbsp;just enquired about the&nbsp;500 Zero Rental plan. Without any&nbsp;confirmation, the executives changed my plan to Rs. 500/- (Zero Rental Plan)&nbsp;and my data services were gone. My most of the work is through data&nbsp;services. Why will I request anyone to clear the data plans?&nbsp;When I lodged&nbsp;a complaint at Vodafone Store Abids, they said that I've requested Mr.&nbsp;Rajkumar in the month of February to change my plan, whereas I've first met&nbsp;him in March (to get micro-sim) and never seen him before then. I said them to bring the&nbsp;person to whom I requested to change the plan, They said they don't know.When I discussed this issue with the Customer Care Executive Mr. Tousif, he&nbsp;lodged the complaint and told me that this issue will be solved and they'll&nbsp;let me know before 9th of April, 2013. But I didn't got any information&nbsp;regarding that. So I again visited the store on 16th April 2013 and spoke&nbsp;the issue to the Supervisor of the Store Mr. Phani Kumar, he was&nbsp;non-co-ordinative &amp; non-co-operative and was not listening to me. He said&nbsp;that "However you have to pay the bill?"After that I've sent a mail to the Nodal Officer on 22nd April, 2013. I got an immediate mail, that their officer will contact me within 48 hours. But I got a call from Mr. Pavan (Nodal Team) on 29th April 2013 at 9.30 pm regarding this issue. I spoke to him about the whole issue. He said that he will contact at the store and let me know. The next day he called me in the afternoon, but somehow I couldn't take the call as my phone was switched off as I was in a meeting. Again he called me at night and said that he has discussed about the issue at the store and they are telling that without any confirmation, the executives won't activate any plans. But when I said that I've not confirmed about any activation. And He said that their executives are trained and they don't tell any lies. He also told, he can't do anything, I've to pay the bill.Sir, I request you to check regarding this issue, my bills since 1 year when I bought the connection, are amounting around Rs. 300 to Rs. 500. Why will I give any request to change the plan that is not suitable to my measures. Please enquire about it and help me in clearing this issue. I've also sent a mail regarding this issue to TRAI (ap@trai.gov.in) on 2nd May, 2013. I didn't get any reply from them till now. And my phone is been disconnected now.&nbsp;So, please look out after this issue, and get it cleared as soon as possible as my phone is disconnected now and I have important calls to make &amp; receive.]]></description>

SMS from Airtel (ADAIRLTE) stating the 80% and 90% of  3G use and  False 3G Meter on airtel App on iphone.  I stopped using 3G from that day. 31st jan 2013 &amp; 1st feb 2013  Please call me or resend the bill explaining the situation. The owner of this site&nbsp;Avinash Smith charged me Rs. 2000 for one pack with 6 months replacement committment. My electronic cigarette stopped functioning within 1 month of purchase. I called him up several times and he kept on repeating his fake committments of replacing but till date date no show.
Later on i&nbsp;came to know that&nbsp;the same cigarette pack is available for Rs. 500 only&nbsp;from Gaffar Market, Karol Bagh. My advice to everyone that purchase it directly from Gaffar Market instead of calling this fraud Avinash Smith&nbsp;on 9311745313 and placing your order.
Now i just checked that he has started selling from another website&nbsp;&nbsp;http://electronic-cigarettes-n-gadgets.blogspot.in/&nbsp;. This&nbsp;fraud lives somewhere in Pandav Nagar, East Delhi. He doesn't have any office and will deliver you thru courier or thru his boys. He buys these from Gaffar Market and sell you on hefty premium.

I have registered a complain with National Consumer Forum (with no. 00435650) and on their instruction I have submitted complain in writing to chief customer officer but no result till the date. With reference to the subject stated above, I wish to bring to your notice that&nbsp;I had ordered&nbsp;Samsung Galaxy S II&nbsp;- I9100 (Ceramic White) on 12 December 2012 via&nbsp;Order No.- 10369104 at Timtara.com&nbsp;and&nbsp;paid Rs. 21,990 for it through netbanking as stated on the site, but to my disappointment it has not yet been shipped.&nbsp;I have called them almost 20 times regarding this matter. But it has been of no use. They always say that call if not responded in next three days, but no response comes. I have mailed them to refund my amount on the e-mail ids, they provided me, but yet never responded.I asked the customer support people to provide me with the contact no. of the people who are directly responsible for it. They provided me with this no.: 0120-4267286, which always turns out to be busy.Today, I called them 4 times, each time they put me on hold and didnt respond.I dont know how do I get my money back. <description><![CDATA[I purchased a RED TAPE shoe from Shopper&rsquo;s stop with billing no 3876585&nbsp;online store. The quality of the shoes was so bad that it had to be replaced. I purchased it from online shoppers stop. At receiving it was good but now after polishing two times I saw &nbsp;that the colour of one shoe is getting fade after polish. It has definitely not been expected that shopper&rsquo;s stop product would be of such low quality
I would like to request you to refund my money or replace these shoes. Other wise I&rsquo;ll go to the consumer court.

Whenever I call customer care they are telling like within 2 - 3 days will be refunded.This  morning also called the customer care. <description><![CDATA[The online store INDIAPLZA seems to act fraudulently to customers, sending item different from the ordered one, and not refunding the amount paid when they are unable to give right item.1. I have ordered for a Bluetooth hands free, as per their description in the web site of INDIAPLAZA.. But the item they sent to &nbsp;me, against my order No. I 21101200932, was a different item, not suiting to the description in the site. I informed them about the wrong item i received. They asked me to send the item back and they would replace with right item. &nbsp;so, i sent the item back. But they send the same item back to me in a new packing! Again i contacted them for the right item. This time, Indiaplaza told me they don't have the item i ordered and told me they would refund the money. &nbsp;They asked me to send back the item and the courier charges would be refunded, along with the refund of the cost of the item they had taken.2. I sent the back the item through First flight courier on 12-12 2012, vide courier receipt no H 28711628 dated 12-12-2012. It was confirmed, though telephone, IndiaPlaza received the item on 14-12-2012.3. I have been contacting indiaplaza since 14-12-2012, but they have not cancelled my order and refunded the amount so far. They are not responding to my e mail or complaints i have registered in their site. My complaints to them are shown as OPEN, without any action. first order no.   10328064 sony vaio e series sve15113en laptop, dated 18-sep-2012 under  user-ID hussainjaisir@gmail.Com for the amount rs. 27890.00 and  second  order  no. 10339668 samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 wi-fi, 3g, 16gb(p3100)  dated 16-oct-2012 under user-ID showkat77@gmail.Com for the amount rs.  16890.00 the total amount of these two orders is rs. 44780.00.  I have  been repeatedly calling them and their  executives gave me commitments  that they will ship the products within  1 or 2 days and then they  change their commitment to 2 to 3 days. This process got continued from  their side for two months. When they where not able to ship the products  even after 2 months of payment then I applied for cancellation of my  orders but from the past more than one month they havn't refunded my  money back. This is unfortunate it took so long and still those people  are not taking any steps for refund. In this regard I have no option to  lodge a complaint in the akosha.Com against the timtara.Com. I hope you  people will help me to solve this issue. Thanks.

Hi , i ordered (10343520) 1 x Toshiba Satellite C850-P5010 Laptop on 24-10-2012 2012 through TIMTARA website and payment of 17,899/-Rs is done through HDFC netbanking, till now i didnt get my product , i called to timtara customer executives and raised so many complaints(reference;57654) to nisha@timtara.com,mamta@timtara.com, customerfirst@timtara.com, info@timtara.com, but no use they are not responding and disconnecting my calls and even i didnt get any reply mail for my complaints. According to &nbsp;timtara norms the product should be delivered with in 15-20 working days, its already 48 days over but no response from timtara customer executives and they are saying wait 2 days , wait for 3 days, daily they are saying useless stories. How long this timatara website cheats the customers like this.
&nbsp;I asked them cancel my order and return my money ,but they are disconnecting my calls and no reply for the mails, this timatara website is fraud online shopping website, even the customer call center executives is also fraud , no one responds well, i waited for so long time my product is not delivered
This is sort of harassing the customers ,they will not shipthe product intime,as they got the amount prior.Plz register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.They never informed me over this delayed item ,I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration.Kindly take severe action of these type of fraud timatara online shopping websites and save customers valuable money from timatara. Please make my product delivered with in days of time or &nbsp;make them to &nbsp;return my money.

<description><![CDATA[Hi,I am really tired of airtel customer service.Gave complaints complaints and complaints.I am a 7 yrs old customer for airtel.But this idiot guys dealing with very poor services.I tried to make a recharge through internet. Balance was deducted from my account but i didn't recognized any&nbsp; recharge done to my mobile.So i called to airtel customer care.First time some one talked and transferred my call to Supervisor Lingaraju.He pick the call n said he will search the details . kept me on hold for 26 minutes and simply disconnected the call.Again i called back. the same thing happened. Kept on hold for 12 mins no response disconnected the call.There is no question of the line disconnected automatically. it' a work that the have made wiilngly.Because every time evrytime if they couldn't able to resolve issue simply they will disconnects the call.And later if i gave the complaint someone calls me and says sorry. This is not a solution.Please , i want to launch a case legally on this airtel. So i want to have explanation from you guys. I was been promised to receive delivery within 3 weeks.3 weeks promised delivery date period ended on 17 Oct 2012 but I did not received the product, hence I called up customer care of Timtara and made a complaint (ticket# 55542). In response of my complaint, I again received an e-mail saying the product will be shipped in 5-6 working days. The product is still not shipped and I followed them up on their web site on 28 Oct 2012 and later again on 30 Oct 2012 by sending messages on which they have not responded. I am calling Timtara on every alternate day but not getting proper status.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[I had ordered 5 items totaling to around 17,000 from Timtara.com on 10-09-2012. They had mentioned a delivery date of 3 weeks which ended on 30-09-2012. Since then I have been contacting them and asking them to refund my money by canceling all my orders. Every time I call I get the same lines "As I can see your order status is still showing awaiting shipment and I have raised the issue to the concerned department, your order will be cancelled within the next 48 hrs."
I must have called them atleast 6 times regarding this same issue and everytime I get the same lines. Also if I tell them I want to speak to their head or incharge they again give the same lines "All our seniors are busy with other calls you can call back later to speak to them.""Rated number 1 in user experience &amp; listed in top 20 hottest e-commerce start-ups in India" - BULL SHIT.Bunch of thugs, that's what they really are. With reference to the subject order number, I had placed an order of a Blackberry curve 9320(Black Colour after confirmation from Customer care team) amount rupees 14099.00/- and when got the delivery on 1st of October 2012, White colour Blackberry Phone was delivered. I called many times on phone and even wrote emails and registerd ticket from website about getting this product exchanged but every single time, i was assured that product would be exchanged but till date, 6th October 2012, nothing has happened even they say every time please wait for 24 to 48 hours but nothing happens. I am fed up calling the customer service, everytime a new customer service executive picks up the phone and after the whole story is repeated, they give assurance that i will get a call from courier company and they will exchange the product. I have turned down each of these offers and reiterated each time that I want my order delivered instead.Today afternoon I received a call from number 9145110283, "customer care 100bestbuys" ,saying that you could not find the book I have ordered and the fellow was giving me back the credit for it for shopping on your wretched site.Believe me, the book can still be ordered on your site, I tried it just now and it does not say out of stock, more so it is now prised at Rs 100 more !&nbsp;I believe this is another SCAM . I had recieved an email from this site 7 days after the order was placed apologising for delay caused and reassuring me that my order will be sent shortly and then there was silence until the phone call this afternoon, 9 days after the email. Also &nbsp;the phone number given for assisstance at the end of this informative email is temporarily out of service, another Scam or ways of misguiding customers. The list seems on growing .I have now written to the CEO and I am waiting for a response . The reason to write about the site at Shout out is that I am not very optimistic about the outcome of writing to THE CEO as the 100bestbuy site advices, after so many dead ends I won't be surprise if this is another time wasting tact or another wrong email address.

I placed one order (order #10241492 dated 22-may-2012) on timtara.Com. The order was for lg mc2149bb convection 21 litres microwave and I paid rs. 8290/- For this through debit card (bank - axis bank, satyanagar, bhubaneswar) . Since then I am regularly contacting timtara team to check the order / Refund status. I raised so many complains and I didn&rsquo;t get answer to even single complain. I called 15-20 times to trace it and every time I was told that they are initiating the action and I will receive e-mail about it. But neither any action was initiated nor I received any e-mail or any type of update. Each time I call their customer care, I felt that they even don&rsquo;t know what happened after my last call and customer care representative promising to initiate the action freshly. Due to all this, I decided to cancel the order. I sent many e-mails, made phone calls raised complains. But same story continued again. Every time I made I call, I was told that they are freshly initiating the cancellation request.
Suddenly one day I checked the status of my order on internet, and it was changed to &ldquo;payment refund pending&rdquo;. I was relived a bit. But after 70 days from the status change also, I have still not received the refund. Again I made calls, raised complains, but same story&hellip;&hellip;&hellip;&hellip;&hellip;.
I am a regular buyer from other online sites. But I never faced any such issue. This is my worst experience. I am very much frustrated with timtara.Com. They are very un-professional and un-coperative people and doesn't care about their customer problems.
Please help me in getting my money back.

I have paid online and given the intimation by timtara that the casio watch will be delivered within 10 working days. After several reminders till today, I have not received the casio watch and on my query, timtara is not replying to may emails and their phone numbers are no reachable.
Please help me to solve this matter urgently.

<description><![CDATA[Hello&nbsp;On 10 Aug 2012 I have decided to to port my Airtel number(9980781169) to other vendor due to Network
and other issues .I sent message on 1900 and I received my Unique Porting ID (AX358768)on 10th Aug,
2012 from 1901 .It's been 18 days till now nothing has been done from Airtel apart from bombardment
of calls from "Airtel Retention Department"In between my Porting ID got expired and now they
generated new porting ID :- AX737876.
I haven taken this SIM 2+ years back and now Airtel is using delaying tactics by telling me that they
unable to track the details of my SIM and asking me to submit the scanned copy of the bill of the SIM
purchased along with the name of Airtel ReltaionSHip Centre from where I have purchased the SIM .How
can Airtel harass the customer by asking these details after 2+ years ? .As per TRAI guidelines MNP
porting should be done in 07 days but even after 18 days nothing has been done from Airtel ?
I have following questions from Airtel :-
Please tell me the specific date on which you PORT OUT my number ?
In between I have rasied numerous calls with Airtel Nodal Officer,Apellate Authority,Airel

I came to know from one of my friends whom you people help got his money back from Timtara, so just thought to pen down my experience too with you all and hope to get some help relating the same.
I placed an order for a Philips 22" Full HD LED 22 with Timtara Online Shopping website www.timtara.com on 2nd April, 2012 and made the final payment of INR 11,990/- through my ICICI Bank credit card. I waited to nearly a month and but my order status remained to "Awaiting Shipment". Then after numerous calls to the customer care I was informed that they are unable to procure my order and offererd me an alternate deal of Hitachi TV which I strongly denied via an email and on the phone too and requested them to cancel my order # 10228952 and refund my money back.
Now it has been more than 4 months and neither my order has been delivered nor my money has been refunded. I have made numerous phone calls and following are some of them whom I spoke:
Nandani - Customer Care Representative, Ankit - Supervisor, Prateek - Customer Care Representative, Himani - 5/10/2012, Nitin - Supervisor, Dipti - Supervisor. Payal-31/5/2012.
Fortunately I got a call back from Raja Singh (9212563229) on 5/10/12 stating that the same order will be dispatched on Saturday and will receive the parcel on Tuesday. But nothing has happened was just a show off.
I have written numerous email and left my remarks on their online 'Manage Complaints' column too but didn't get any concrete response from them. Apart from the statement that money will be refunded within 8-10 days.
Trust me I&rsquo;m truly pissed off with all this. It has now been 4 months I have placed this order and team timtara is doing nothing expect beating around the bushes.

I had ordered Sony Ericsson Neo V mobile in June from Timtara.com worth Rs. 14500, as discussed with Shivali who helped me finalise the deal told, she had guranteed me the mobile will be delivered within 3 days as i had to gift it to my sister but i never received mobile. But got a mail that refund will be processed within 7 working days, but till dat no refund has been processed. Once i asked my lawyer to call Timtara after he talked to Customer Care and then to Shivali i was told to send a mail to mamta@timtara.com and she would do the needful and soon i got a mail from timtara:
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in refund. However, we are confident that the amount will be refunded within 4-5 working days. We will be in touch with you.
But till date i have not received the refund and no reply from timtara side.

After the time period, I called up their customer care number 0124-4303050 countless times which no one ever picks up. I found another number of a person called P Das on their website who thankfully picked up the phone and promised me that someone would get back to me. Later someone called me and told me that as the item had to be procured and as a result would get delivered late. That was fine, so I let it go. Later, on 18th August, someone called me saying that he was the proprietor and that he would ensure that it is delivered asap. Later, I called back on 20th August to understand the status of the order. He picked up, assured he would call me back. There has been no call back, nor is he picking my calls. I have sent him messages too but no reply. I really do not know what to do now.]]></description>

My mother has reported a complaint to the LG Service center as her washing machine broke down. This happened on July 27th. Some technician came and replaced one of the parts and informed that one more board has to be replaced to make it work. The said it is going to take time as it has to come from "far far away :-(". On Aug 17th when we called up the customer care again , they informed that service center has closed this issue and we should make a new complaint. All this while the service center guys were telling that , they were waiting for the part. Customer support and service center was just taking us for a ride and lying to us continiously with some or other reason and not taking any responsibility of the complaint registered (and closing it without actually fixing the problem). There is no point in talking to call center guys as they cant make decisions nor are they informed.&nbsp;
In think the service ceneter is fooling LG by giving wrong information and LG does not have any control in &nbsp;managing them.&nbsp;]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[I visited the Peter England showroom on 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore as I like their clothing material and normally buy this brand only. But todays experience has made me not buy their products anymore, mainly because of the service I got. The sales rep did not bother that a customer is in the store and is looking for some help and did not even approach offering help practively. He simply kept quiet. So I looked for clothing on my own and called him to tell him to ask for offers and options. He simply said 'the billing is downstairs' and gave a very cold response. His overall attitude was shocking as I work in customer service industry myself and would never treat a customer badly. I had planned to buy 5 formal pants and looking the service, I decided that I bring it to the notice of the store manager and called out the incident to the guy at the billing counter asking him if there is no one to look after customers. He did not have an answer to this and chose to keep quiet as well. I walked out of the store and would never go back to that store ever. The point, however, is that these guys are paid to give good service as they are the face of the company and the company is good. But its reputation certainly ruined my day as I wanted to buy clothes but ended up getting bad service.&nbsp;

<description><![CDATA[I ordered Two products in timtara.com on 25th of June 2012.The order numbers are : Order #10277362  &amp; Order #10277360. But I didn't receive the products which i have ordered till 25th of July 2012. On the time of ordering the product, the delivery date is mentioned within 10 to 15 days. I was keep on following the Timtara by mail &amp; customer care phone number from july 1st week. But I didn't receive any reply for the mails which i have sent. I made a complaint in timtara site, The complaint number is "29250" &amp; "30986". For this complaints, they sent a reply "we will try to deliver soon".  They allow the complaints only once for a product. we are not able to reopen the complaint or raise a second complaint for a product. so no way to raise a complaint from timtara site. The customer care guy has the default answer, "Sorry for the inconvinence. You will receive your product with in friday". Even you if call to customer care on friday. He will say the same answer "you will receive within friday. But i don't know when the friday will arrive. When ever i am checking the status, It shows as awaiting shipment. When ever i checks the mail, i never receives a single mail from timtara.   I had called to timtara customer care more than 10 - 15 times (mostly daily morning i will call to customer care). And i sent more than 15 mails to timtara. Even single mail i didn't receive reply.   After that only i sent a mail to cancel my order.  The order was cancelled on 30th july 2012. Now the order status shows as "Payment refund pending". I don't know when i will get my amount back. Now also the customer care guy says the same reply "you will receive within friday".  If you ask more question, then he will disconnect the call. I lost more than 100 Rs for telephone to timtara. So the total amount last was 5148 + 100(Min) = 5248 &amp; my valuable time.
Is there any way to get my amount back. The amount which i have paid in timtara is earned by myself. Not a cheated one.  What is the way to get my amount back. Please guide me on this]]></description>

I trusted the company and start using the inverter. but irony is that they have provided a bad product.My inverter's battery is not charging properly. It gives a backup for half an hour only. After half an hour inverter stops working. The full day electricity is ok but still its not charged properly. I logged a complaint for which the complaint number is : IN128001448. Person name was Naresh kumar(9213509860).The executive(Naresh) came and said we will test it that whether it can be repaired or not, till the time you can have our separate battery at a cost of 300 Rs. After two days we will give your repaired battery back. So we gave 300 Rs for it and the next day the person is expected to come to provide additional battery and take away the faulted one. Naresh collected the money in advance. But on another day the whole day gone just like that and no one came to replace the battery. I called up Naresh, he said he had logged the request for battery in GUrgaon head office. Then from customer care we got the detail of Narendar(9818001596) who is service incharge in Gurgaon. I called up him, he said battery will reach in 1 hour. I wait for 2 hour then called him again, now he was not picking up the phone. I again called customer care and gave the feedback. This time they gave me delhi ncr head Ravinder's number(01140778222). I called him, he said battery will reach in 1 hour again. I waited, then also no once came. I called Narendar again, he said take the number of store from where battery will be sent and ask the status. This time i am very frustrated, but what can i do if i born in India where 100% companies are fraud and in terms of services they are just big zero.&nbsp;This time i called (8800461294) the place from where battery need to be sent, that person told me that today we can't send the battery. We will sent it tomorrow.Lots of wrong promises, lots of wrong commitment, and still the service is very poor. I am sure they wont return my battery in 2 days after repair. I believe i have invested money in wrong place. Luminous is zero in term on services. They just make fool by selling such bad products. Where the battery should be replaced with new one, they are just making me fool by taking battery for few days, showing that they will repair it, charging 300 for no cause. If they would have replace the new battery, then they wont be able to take extra money from me. Also ultimately i am realy not sure whether the battery will be ok after repair or not, or for how long will it work. Please help to get my battery replaced with the new one.Realy upset from the services, and suffering a lot due to that. Waiting for someone's help, who could help me to get the justice from these thieves.Please help me.

I am using the services of Idea. My mobile number is 9891697078. Its very strange that Idea with big brand name of Aditya birla is earning money by fraud. They are just activating different services on my mobile number and the service charge is deducted from my balance. While i am not interested in any kind of such service then why they&nbsp;are activated again and again? is it Aditya birla's fraud way of earning money from&nbsp;poor customers of idea.
I request you either stop such fraud acitivities and make correction in your systems.&nbsp;If that is not possible for you then please stop doing business any more in this&nbsp;field. You sincerely not deserve to be in market. Shame on you to earn money like&nbsp;this.I may be looking frustrated but the main reason behind that is bad and very ill&nbsp;mannered response from The customer care executing whose name is Shashi. It look like&nbsp;i talked to an uneducated person who even dont have sense of talking to their&nbsp;customer. He even shouting with me. While i was talking him very logically and&nbsp;sensitively.
Idea even dont keep track of that which customer have requested to activate which&nbsp;service (as told by shashi). The service is activated and we have to simply get it&nbsp;deactivated by doing sms and the charge deducted wont be reimbursed. Although its&nbsp;clear that i never had activated this service.Can somebody please stop such companies for doing fraud in India like this.&nbsp;Even there is no good solution at customer care too. they are also very frustrated&nbsp;from their services and have lost their senses to behave. such ill mannere staff idea&nbsp;is having. I believe they have kept such staff just because no sensitive staff want&nbsp;to work with idea because they already know the fraud idea is doing.&nbsp;Please provide the justice. stopping such services from doing fraud again and again&nbsp;is very tough. each time we get a loss of 30 rs , 20 rs or 10 rs. and each time we&nbsp;request for closure of the service.They think they are so bold, but they are increasing adult services day by day and&nbsp;spoiling the culture of India. The irony is that the indian customer care is getting&nbsp;worst day by day.

Non delivery and non existent customercare seems to be a feature and company policy of timtara. I am waiting for almost 4 wks to get my product despite calling everyday - online complaints - legal notice. They offer lucrative discounts but then donot deliver the product within the stipulated period. This is amockery of consumer and company law and deserves to be fully investigated. It also constitutes a form of cyber crime as the company receives the customer money on false pretext . it t promises delivery &amp; refund within a certain time period which is not adgered to. it also advertises itself as the no 1 customer friendly site. In actuality customercare is simply using delaying harassing tactics - making delivery promises that are never kept - putting down the phone - saying that an email will be received within 24 hours - never happens. The same is with online complaints that are meant to get a response within 24 hours. I have not received anything in the last few weeks.
&nbsp;The amount of interest earned on deliberate delaying of delivery and refunds is also enormous - that is when the person actually manages to get their money back - in my case like many others - delaying harassing tactics are being used. they assume that many people will just get tired and not fight to get their money back.
&nbsp;Please ensure that this is thoroughly investigated for it puts the entire ecommerce of online shopping into jeopardy. There must be very stringent punishments for such frauding.
I am enclosing all my details.&nbsp; I would be happy to provide any information that you may require. the internet is full of such cases and complaints against timtara.

<description><![CDATA[I bought an Aquaguard Total Enhance Green RO system on March 14th 2012. Since about 1 month from the date of purchase, I have been having problems with it. The system leaks water, and does not get filled up with drinking water.I have been complaining to Aquaguard's customer service every time I have this problem. Each time, the service man comes in, does a temporary fix and goes away. One or two weeks after he goes away the problem resurfaces. I have put in a complaint 4 times in the past 2 months and each time the same story has repeated.&nbsp;The last time I had this problem, I asked the CS person to consider replacing my system as I think there is problem with my piece. The person had told me that if the problem re-occurs he would consider replacing the system.&nbsp;As expected, the problem has re-surfaced since the last time it was "fixed". I have again raised a complaint (complaint number 87147316). This time I strongly asked for my system to be replaced rather than be repaired again. I am however being met with cold replies and a "dont-care" attitude. I found out our area CS incharge Mr. Raju's phone number and tried talking to him directly. He told me that there was a problem with my batch of RO systems and that a pump in my system had to be replaced in order to fix the problem permanently. I have waited for more than three weeks for the new "pumps" to be procured by Aquaguard, but to no avail. Every time I call up Mr. Raju or the call center, I am met with an indifferent response.]]></description>

(Name: Mohit Singh ; Vodafone Prepaid No.- 9838457958) While using the Internet from Vodafone, I got the message that only 3 M.B. free usages are left on my number and further usage will cost me 10p/10kb. I immediately disconnected in order to reactivate the pack. But as soon as i tried, I got a message that My account balance is low. Earlier, I had Rs. 81 in my balance but when I checked the balance, It was just Rs.0.04 and 3.4 M.B free usage left. I immediately ranged up the customer services and they told me that I had opened 2 websites in the same time. And if someone surfs 2 websites on the same time when the free usage are under 10 M.B. then the balance is deduced from the main account. This policy is really annoying. When I told them that Iâ€™m a new customer and didnâ€™t knew about it and request for money back, They told that this is not possible and disconnected the call immediately. They didnâ€™t even inform me via sms while I was in my last usage. I didnâ€™t have any kind of message that would have warned me that less than 10 M.B., I will be charged for surfing other websites. Iâ€™m a new customer and really got a bitter experience from Vodafone. How will a new customer know about this? Other telecom companies didnâ€™t charge a single dime until the net pack gets over, doesnâ€™t matter how much websites you surf in same time. Then whatâ€™s the meaning of free usage if my balance is deducted from main account even in the availability of net pack? If they have such kind of policies, they must inform the new customers!!. At the date of 26 and 27 June when I was using my internet on my phone that time I had 190 RS in my mobile but after using internet 190 RS had been deducted by Airtel while I had internet pack and also i had 1.90MB left 

so thatâ€™s why I called to customer care and submit my complain at the date of 27 June and I got call from Airtel company at the date of 28 June about deducting money, They said to me that 190 Rs was wrong deduction so thats why we are returning 60 Rs and we are doing another complain  about 130 Rs but after 2 days I did not get 60 Rs  also waiting for 130 Rs.

I called customer care 50 times but they did not give any answer about my 190 Rs, After 4 days i got call from comany and they gave me only 130 RS but they did not give me full amount 190Rs i want full amount bcoz all deduction was wrong.
So Plz help me.

Last 2-3 months ago I recharged my mobile with Rs- 56 as a message card. after completion of message period I again recharged my mobile with Rs. 26. When I recharged with Rs. 26 my problem started..
Whenever i recharged my mobile my balance gone deducted as unreveiled.
i asked to customer care why my balance be deducted.
Executive informed me to renew your old message card.
I requested him to deactivate my message card.
executives say i did deactivated your message card.
i think i`m free from balance deduction but again after 2 days my balance again started to deducted.
Kindly solved my problem as soon as possible..
I`m student and can`t afford to ruined my money in balance.&nbsp;]]></description>

Here the airtel company in chandigarh is totally corrupted.Last time, on 20th june we had checked on airtel website that our data was left 33GB.But when we came next day to office, then see that only 0GB data was left. At same day, we had complained to airtel company regarding that issue. Then the name of guy Jagdeep came to our office to solve our issue. But he had not solved that issue. And filled a form and said that i had registered your complaint and given a slip.For the detail information of that slip i have attached one scanned copy of that complaint. He was forcefully told to us to sign on that complaint form and said that your issue should be solved tomorrow( 22th june) evening. But he had not got any email till now.Our internet is still not working proprely. <description><![CDATA[Sir,I took two SIMs of Tata Docomo postpaid under government 99 scheme (09045041217) in Bareilly (UP west circle) and I was told that all UP and Uttrakhand stands local and no roaming will be charged.As I travelled to Lucknow and Raebareilly in UP East circle. Thankfully I was not charged for the above said cities, but on my way from Lucknow to Raebaeilly I was charged with roaming on my incoming calls and outgoing sms.After receiving bill as I approached call centre and office in Bareilly, they told me that they have no network on the way so I was charged. The person told me that I should have first watched the network name displayed and then have received the call, also they told that use the sim for 3 months as it is lock in period and discontinue later, very illogical.I contacted nodal officer and apelette authority via e-mail but no response.Now they are not waving off my Roaming charges and I am also not going to pay them the bills.Please help me sought out the problem with the company.

I am wandering in their offices and callng their customer care to know the reason and to start the number again. Sometimes they say that perhaps I had not recharged it for long time, instead I had recharged it just two before its closing. Then they said that my id_proofs didn''t match with their record. Hi,My name is Rajesh Vora and i was cheated by your company a week ago. I was offered a plan EBU Super 125. This plan includes 200 messages &amp; minutes free, idea-idea 20 ps idea-other mobile 30ps. Idea-landline 50ps &amp; STD charges to a landline/mobile will be 50ps per minute. Based on the plan i took two numbers that are as follows 9702786622 &amp; 9594786633.I was contacted by your company executive today to inform me about my plan. I was informed that the STD charges to a landline/mobile would be 1rs. I told the executive to double check he said he did i told him to deactivate both the numbers he said he do not have authority. Then i called your Customer care and spoke with Kavita she denied deactivation. I called Sameer a Supervisor with your airoli/koperkhairne office at 9773600303 it came busy so i called another number i.e 9224751316.He said he will check the details and will call me in 2 mnts. Later i received a call from Priya (She is the one who logged my application in your system). She also said that the charge would be 1rs for STD. I asked her to deactivate both the numbers she did not respond. I have the pamplet with me and i am planning to contact the Consumer Court &amp; Media for false advertizing by your company. I will never ever recommend any one to use Idea as they do not honor their commitments as well they have worst customer service.I have attached a copy of the plan details for your reference. <description><![CDATA[Reliance TV channels went off air in our area on 25th June, 2012 at 7.15 pm forcing the people in our complex to go without TV. Customer care was hopeless with its services as our complaint was not registered due to 'system updation'. It continued well from 7.15 pm to 10 pm, the longest system updation I've ever come across. At 10pm an engineer from reliance tv appears at my door (without our complaint being registered), as if by magic, and informs that my STB will have to be replaced as it had become 'faulty' and demanded Rs. 525 for the new set top box. If the TV channels in my house were disrupted due to 'faulty' STB, what about the problem of my neighbours? Did their STBs too become faulty at the same time as mine? Is it a coincidence or some well thought out plan? How and why the set top boxes of all the people in our area suddenly become 'faulty'? What gurantee is there that the new set top box will also not become 'faulty' once the warranty period of 12 months is over? Is this a new plan by  reliance to fleece its old customers? I demand that the services of our reliance tv be resumed immediately for which we have already paid in advance. I will be prepared to take this case to consumer forum if the services are not resumed immeiately. My Reliance Smart Card No. is 200706461028. Will someone from the Reliance digital TV look into this and address our grievance?

My billing cycle was from 1st to 30th/31st. In Vodafone I had 75 rental + 2 gb GPRS @ Rs.98 was activated. But after MNP when I received final bill I have been charged 1st to 22nd rental on pro-rata basis for normal and gprs(VMC). but I have been charged 1p./ 1KB DRYon 23rd for on day. I used arround 73mb on that day. Vodafone had deactivated my plan before 1 day of port out and charged me without rental benefits. and final bill I received is 981/- Rs. instead of approx. 144/- as per rental benefits. even I had not received any call or message regarding deactivation of my VMC rental plan before one day of port out. I request to Vodafone to reissue me the bill with rental benefits from 1st May to 23rd may instead of 1st to 22nd May. I registered complaints in vodafone store,Vodafone customer care &amp; with nodal officer. But till date I have not received any solution.]]></description>

It has been a very slow connection for sometime now and I took out to call them. It was shocking and surpising to hear their executive say, while the maximum speed is 3.1 Mbps, they would consider it as slow only if the speed is less than 200 Kbps. Their average speed as they say is 200 - 300 kbps, which they claim is normal. When asked a logic to explain the relativity between 3.1Mbps and 200 kbps, they had to say that many people might be using the network etc. I work in a place with full signal strength, so the question of weak signal doen't arise. If the average speed is 200 - 300 kbps, which talk about 3.1 mbps and cheat customers. I am perfectly okay it is atleast 2 mbps or little less.&nbsp;]]></description>

I have taken internet from You Broadband.Connection type is Night angel plan unlimited(512kbps from 8AM-10PM.1mbps from 10PM-8PM).The service is pathetic.Every ulternate day internet service failure happens and I need to call to customer care and they take 24 hrs to resolve it and internet works fine for 2days ,then again it fails.Apart from this they promise to give 1mbps in night,most of the time when I do check speed check from thir site only ,finds the speed as 200kbps..After repeted complaints(15complaints) also they are not resolving the issue permanetly.Its being 5months I am facing this issue.As there is no other service provider ,i have to take You telecom.
Please escalate the issue.

<description><![CDATA[Here I am writing to inform you about reality of timtara.com services as compared to information given at their website. I ordered LG LK430 32'LCD Full HD TV on 22nd May, 2012.. My order no. is 10259694. As it has been mentioned on your website, it should have been delivered in 15-20 working days   (snapshot from your site). It seems 15-20 working days are required to take the action from your side. It has passed almost one month and I have not heard any communication from your team about my product information. I wanted to gift this to my friend on his marriage, i.e. on 21st June but it seems it will not be possible.   I have called many times to customer care, but their executives don't damn care about their customers. They don't answer our queries; don't tell the right time of delivery, no action to rectify the problem, no apology for bad service, put the phone on hold without any reason, put down phone without answering. It's really frustrating.   It will not be able to retain its position (as it has been very proudly written on your website that Timtara is NO.1 rated in user experience) if it will keep on giving the same experience to its customers as it has been given to me. You can read other customer's complaints on many consumer feedback sites. Recently, ten days earlier I bought a new postpaid sim card from your representative at our office and I was told that within 4 days my number will be activated. But still there is no response from any of the airtel team.
Neither I have received any call from airtel nor any one has come for vertification.
Out of my frustration I have communicated this thing to airtel customer care but up to my surprise I was told that the number which is given to me is already under service and its registered on some one&rsquo;s other name. and its showing on your server that it&rsquo;s a DATA card number
&nbsp;
This is clearly pointing towards the service provided by airtel to their customers.
Being a corporate CUG number our company is always preferring airtel as its having best service than other network providers.

My credit limit is 1500/- but after crossing this limit, my  services were still activated and my bills reached to 4000/-. When i  checked my bill i came to know its exceding the limit than i complain at  customer care they told they cannt give any information of itemized  bill and than they deactivate my services next day because its exceed  the credit limit. I was in halunication that i will came to know when my  limit will be crossed. I have make my Airtel connection to PORTABLE  just 25 days back.. It was really a very bad experience with vodafone.  At the time of making it portable nobody give any information about the  credit limit(applies to calls only) . When i visit LAJPAT NAGAR vodafone  store i talked with REENA, POOJA but these girls were also not able to  give the answer for this (why my services were not deactivated when it  crossed the limit and why information was not given to customer at the  time of SIM selling). Even they gave a very funny answer like they would  be able to help me in thisÂ  if i would have Â purchase SIM from their  store. When i request that i want to talk to the manager of the store.  They refuge that ISHAAN won't listen these type of problems.  Â  If these stores people can't resolve the customer problem than why they are sitting there? Â  Now when information was not shared to me regarding my credit limit  so i won't pay more than my credit limit becasue that is vodafone fault  they didn't disconnect my servicesÂ even after when myÂ limitÂ was crossed  and not shared the clear information to the customer at the time of  selling the SIM or SERVICES. I am using a no - 8800787609. Initially it was Airtel and on 26th  May'12 i have taken the plan of Rs 249/- and make it PORTABLE to  Vodafone.
But today i checked the bill amount of my this no. It's showing  outstanding bill of Rs-4066/-. I confirmed the details from customer  care they told it is because of VL & VMC service, but i have not  activated any of these service on my no and even there was no any  information givenÂ  from Vodafone for these services.
I received 1 GB data free of cost due toÂ  ASHA handset scheme on my  Vodafone no. I believe they are including this free data also in my  bill.
Kindly check and correct the bill and i won't pay for this excess  charges which occurs because of uninformed services activated on my no  from Vodafone. Kindly deactivate all internet services from my no. i  just want to take plan Rs 249/-.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Hi..This is Chandra Prashant Sharma and in Feb. 2012 I have opted for an Airtel broadband Connection after an offer from a Sales Representative of Airtel. The offer was to give modem free of cost by airtel.
Problem 1: When the airtel's tecnical person came to install the broadband connection, he asked me for the modem money. I refused saying that It was told to me that it will be provided by Airtel. After heavy arguments and talking to senior person in airtel my connection was started on 1st Mar.
In their records they are showing it as 27th Feb.
Problem 2: In the second bill they have added Rs.300 as Voice Shifting Charges. After inquiring from Airtel Relationship Centre, this charge is applicable when we have transferred the connection from one place to another. But neither I have raised any request to Airtel for shifting not I have shifted my residence.
Problem 3: Airtel has added PC Secure charges of Rs. 78 which I have not raised a request to use the Airtel PC Secure. This should not be a mandatory thing as its my own decsion whether I want to use my Personal Antivirus or Airtel PC Secure.
Problem 4: I have given application on 17th may 2012 for disconnection of this broadband connection. After this I started getting calls from Airtel Service Retention people and they have given me mental tortures for this. Again and again they give me calls for continuing the service. This was really helpless for me as these people are torturing me for this.
Problem 5: According to rules of Airtel, after giving the Disconnection request, they will disconnect it in 7 days. So, the connection should have been disconnected by 24 May. But still it is not and thet have issued next bill when I am not using the broadband.
Please help me in coming out of this.

<description><![CDATA[I had opted to purchase Vodafone K3770 Dongle in my name Kunal Budhraja (for Rs1400) and Vodafone post paid connection 9811304189 ,under my sisters name Bhavya Khattar (for Rs 250 as security amount) from Vodafone Post paid from Punjabi Bagh branch on 14th May 2012 and I was given an assurance that my plan of 198 ,3GB on 2G a formal customer agreement from is provided to me .A confirmation of the same was given to me by Mr.Umesh one of the executive at Punjabi Bagh outlet.
On 17th I was confirmed that my plan is acitive and is ready to use. But on using it I found services quite poor.Network ,connectivity and even frequent disconnection was there.
I visited vodafone outlet on 24th May and I was assured things will be sorted out by 28th may by Mr.Gaurav (another executive at Vodafone)i.e within 3 working days . But with no response from any-one.
I nutsell from 17th May to 24th May 2012 , I might have registered min.10 complaints with vodafone customer care , but with no response from each side.
I again visited the place on 29th May with further assurance from Mr. Sachin (branch incharge) at Vodafone,Punjabi Bagh branch that things will be sorted out by 30th May. Over there I was made to realise that my bill was wrongly charged and my monthly bill plan was changed without any confirmation from 198 plan to 550 plan .For a preiod from 14th May 2012 - 27th June 2012, I was charged 1125.47 (excluding tax). Over there Mr.Sachin emailed regarding it to the concerned authority.And on my request for refund of my charges , I was asked that person who will visit your place can only place a request for for refund status.
On 29th May around 3:00 pm Mr.Rupinder (one of the person innvolved with network services ) visited my place .He gave his remark that he our system needs to formated.And for any refund I should visit Vodafone store .
But after further correspondance with them,I found the problem still persits with the asked Rupinder for help . After min.25 calls made to Mr. Rupinder , he said that there might be some problem with my dongle.
On 5th June 2012,I visited the store and meet Mr.Sachin , he said he will need another 4-5 days to replace the dongle. For which I objected.Over the extra bill he said no response is received.
I have no more have inclination to avail the service Vodafone. I request to please take the matter on your hand and refund me the amount of Rs 1650 at the earliest.In a span of 20 odd days , I have visited min. 5 times over Vodafone Punjabi Bagh outlet.I had even made at vodafone complaint center at 9th June 2012,9811098110 and complaint number given to me was 297834027. I tried coordinating with Vodafone nodal officer, Mr.Nizam Khan through vodafone delhi nodal complaint center 9811699317 ,on 9th June , 12th June , 13th June , 14th June ,15th June and18th June respectively.
Too much of mental agony and harrasment has been done by Vodafone officials.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[HiI had a tikona broad band connection of ID 1103720539.I had given the request to disconnect because of the poor quality if service. It was not connecting most of the times and even if it connects the speed was slow in most of the times. There were always errors in Billing too. After sending so many complaints finally I decided to unsubscribe.I had given a request to disconnect on March 31st and I have paid the bill till April 15.After that many times they had called for confirmation about disconnection. Even if I had confirmed about my decision about disconnection they have not disconnected it yet. It is more than two and half month after I requested.&nbsp;Most of the days I get call from tikona asking me to pay the bill(for the months after I stopped using it). I reply them that I have given request to disconnect and most of the time their answer will be our system is not working and we will be calling back after checking.Twice I had got reply in mail that they have initiated the process to disconnect. But nothing has happened yet.

<description><![CDATA[I requested termination for my reliance net connect - 9382265167 by november 2011 and the device was disabled then on.
but I get a bill from reliance by february stating that I have to pay O/S of 1000+ for final settlement.I paid it and have a receipt of that.
Again when&nbsp;i ask by april whether my connection terminated, I was informed that a O/S of 551 Rs should be paid . I paid that too by april last week for which i get a confirmation from reliance as below
11-May As per our database the payment amount of Rs. 515/- has been updated in our system for your Netconnect+ number 9382265167.For termination:Your complaint has been registered vide Service Request ID 179027064 on 05/11/2012 at 12:21:40 PM and one of our executives will respond to you within 5 days from the time complaint has been logged. When i asked when my connection will be terminated, I got a reply on May 22 as below

But again am getting bills from reliance - for services which they dont provide - they are now saying that till my services are active - monthly rental applicable
I need answers for this questions:
1. I asked for termination and my connection suspended - how do i come under monthly bill cycle then?
2. Do they dont know whether how much O/S should I pay as final when a connection is terminated?
3. Is this a smart way to earn money - to send bills for services which they dont provide?
4. I have not used reliance services since november 2011 - but after that i paid nearly Rs 1800/- for termination request - why do i need to pay again?]]></description>

Since, then no engineer has visited my place to fix it. This whole thing has caused me lot of mental agony as I call customer care almost 4 times in a day and end up with no action and false promises.&nbsp;I have talked to rani yesterday (interaction ID: 289334992) and she promised me the same thing, but no action has been taken yet. &nbsp;I had once talked to rajendran, veralaxmi too and my problem is not yet fixed.There are other interaction IDs available with me on which no action has been taken and only false promises are made (interaction ID: 288812829, 80188657, 288942685, etc.). I have the whole list of interaction Ids, compalint numbers and representatives names. I am not able to understand that why is airtel just not fixing my issue.&nbsp;

i have written to the Rcom authorities that the collection agency is a nuisance. They call from different numbers and repeatedly. whether you are in meeting or travelling. Even if you are a punctual customer, the agency calls up, sends sms,etc.
I have not paid the current bill in protest. I was forced to do so, coz noone cares to solve my concern. Noone ever answered my mails.
Now they have sent me a legal notice for the non payment of bill of Rs. 1900/-. I have not used the service for almost 3 months now.&nbsp;
I am supposed to attend the court on 23rd to pay up the dues or face legal action.

I got my Airtel Broadband connection(0120-4540977) on May 22, after a wait of 2 weeks as against an assured period of 1 week after applying. It stopped working on May 30. I was told on June 1 that the connection has been terminated for some reason. Since then, I have made nearly 100 calls to customer care, made dozens of tweets to @airtel_presence and had dozens of calls with their Airtel Corporate team in Gurgaon.
From what I recognise after multiple calls, the issue was this that for some reason their server had automatically terminated my account for some reason.
have been getting deadlines and promises but there is no result.  Everytime I am told that it is a technical issue. I fail to understand  that the biggest private telecom company in the country is so technically inept that its taken them so long.
Today is the 17th day and still the status is this that I have to keep reminding them to do their job right. Their corporate team people who call back when you tweet are so careless that there was no action for 4 days in the middle as the person responsible had gone on a holiday.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[How should working couples get their Samsung products serviced? Samsung  mechanics assume that the moment we have filed a complaint, we should be  available at our places 24X7 so that they may come anytime and  unannounced. At least this has been our experience, not once but  repeatedly. And in spite of requesting again and again to inform before  coming, they bother not to. They expect us to always comply with their  availability and convinicence. Any disagreement and they threaten to  close the complaint owing to non availability of the customer.   On 12th June 2012, my husband filed a complaint for the Samsung  airconditioner with a reference number 8422962656. A few days later, a  mechanic called up (without ANY prior intimation) in mid afternoon, to  inform that he was waiting at our place. He was then told that both of  us are at our respective offices and need to be informed some time in  advance to reach our home. When we suggested him to come in the evening,  he told us that it would be difficult for him to come in evening. After  a while, he again called up and informed us that he will be there at  our place by 5pm. My husband reached the house at sharp 5pm and kept  waiting for the next 2 hours and he didn't turn up. He finally turned up  at 7:45pm and after he checked the a/c we were informed that our a/c  would have to be taken to the workshop for repair. And another mechanic  will be there to collect the a/c.  Today morning my husband received a call from another mechanic wherein  my husband requested him to inform at least 1 hour in advance before  coming to collect the a/c. At 3:45 pm, I got a call from the Samsung  mechanic saying that he was waiting at our place. Since I was in the  middle of an important meeting, I requested him to call my husband. Very  rudely, he asked me whether my husband would come immediately if he  called him. I obviously told him that I cannot predict if he can come  immediately and he would have to speak to him only. He rudely said he  will close the complaint stating that the house is locked and  disconnected the call immediately. The same person called up my husband  who asked him to wait for 30 minutes but he simply refused.   I am shocked and upset as to how Samsung is training their mechanics to  speak to customers. Looks like Samsung is only interested in selling  products and not focus on customer care at all.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[I have been using&nbsp;Airtel Broadband&nbsp;from last 7 Years but this is the high time that from 1 month I&rsquo;m complaining but issue is not&nbsp;resolved.Issue is: My Modem Disconnects Frequently. Can say after 10 to 15 Minutes and then reconnects and then again disconnects. This cycle is ongoing process. I contacted 121/198 many times but they said the same that issue will be&nbsp;resolved&nbsp;till next morning or evening. Okay I waited for some days but no engineer visit took place. I again called and they sent engineer. Engineer said that there is a problem in wiring and told me that he told the wiring in charge to send an engineer to do wiring at&nbsp;my house&nbsp;again. So I waited 4 to 5 days no person came. I again called on 121 and talked to them then after calling them for 3 times they sent a person after 3 days for wiring. He did wiring and went away. Still issue was not&nbsp;resolved. I called on 121 again but they didn&rsquo;t take issue seriously and told there is a problem in backend. Hmm I waited some days but still not solved. I asked them very clearly if you want to solve or not? He sent engineer. Engineer came and told modem is not working, get a new modem.I bought new modem but still issue not&nbsp;resolved. (I bought D-Link) well I called them 15 times in 4 days but there is no engineer visit but the best part is Enggineer told the 121 people on his own that he solved the issue by visiting the house. Ohh F#@k man.&nbsp;He didn&rsquo;t even came here how can he fix the situation is the son of Nirmal Baba?]]></description>

After some time, Bank informed me by phone about our outstanding payment from this card.1st- I informed them that no transactions have been made by me from this card and I have never used this card.After some days, they informed me that the card no. 4477468550485010 is used and that is in your name. Bank issued a new card without my knowledge. No conformation is made with me regarding this matter. I had not received the card no. 44774685504851010. This card is delivered to another address that is not my address.2nd- I informed to ICICI bank ltd, Mumbai in written letter sent by registered post. The bank didn't reply to my letter.3rd- I also informed to ICICI customer care by phone about the matter, but the bank didn&rsquo;t solve the matter.Again after some time, second reminder of outstanding payments is given to me by phone.4th- I informed the ICICI bank customer care in April 2010 by email. Bank replied me on 7 April 2010 that our outstanding balance Rs 75,130.70 with statement.First of all, I have not received the card with no. 4477468550485010. Secondly address mentioned in statement is not mine and no concern with this address in my whole life. All statement transactions have no concern with me except my name and phone number.Without any inquiry and investigation the bank listed my name in CIBIL (defaulter list).5th- Regarding this matter, I also complained in our nearest ICICI branch, SD tower, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi to Mr. Vikas Kokcha one month ago. But no solution till date is given.6th- Again, I also complained to customer care by phone, the request no. is 227005304 on 7/06/2012.I tried to resolve this matter many times but no solution is given to me and finally I posted my complaint on consumer forum. They suggested posting this matter to your site. I am highly harassed mentally and physically by this matter.This whole matter is suspected as fraud with Bank and used my name only. <description><![CDATA[I have bought some item from www.timtara.com and I have given the payment also by through CCAvenue gateway.&nbsp;When I am purchasing the item their shipping date is given in 10-15 days. But after giving the final payment they are telling me they will deliver the item in 15 to 20 working days. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday &amp; national holidays) The delivery period has been exceeded. I called so many times&nbsp;to their&nbsp;customer care no. but no one answers or replies. Also I have sent mails but no answer. They are not refunding the money,&nbsp;neither they are sendng the product. Now they have stopped even answering my queries.&nbsp;I have sleepless night due to this and also by hearing the fraud cases of timtara.com.
Please help me in getting my hard earned money back from these frauds.I have already launched a complaint against timtara in Consumer Forum Complain No. -:40942/2/2012

<description><![CDATA[I booked my trip from USA to Bombay, India and back. During the booking of the ticket I was informed that to change the date I would have to pay $300 plus the difference in airfare But I wasn't informed about the fact that they are allocated only few tickets for a particular class and that I would be unable to get a ticket or change my class. So due to medical reason I have to change my tickets and after being hung up on, being promised that someone will call me back and no ever did and three weeks of constant emailing, calling and online chatting with them, they tell me that no seats are available the entire month of July and August. I have to leave India by end of July due to immigration purpose and I conveyed this and all they said that they are sorry and can't do anything about it.

Dealing with makemytrip has been nothing but nightmare! They have the worst customer service, incredibly incompetent employees and no responsibility whatsoever!! I was promised that a supervisor will call me back and after 3 weeks I've yet to hear from a supervisor. Than when you use their live chat they keep on transferring you from one person to another! The worst of them was Rohit Binny, he was rude and just started to ignore me!
I was supposed to depart on June 4th and for three weeks straight I tried to resolve my problem with no reply n no help on June 5th I finally received an email stating that they were sorry but since my departure date had pasted they could not refund me and since there were no tickets I was pretty much screwed. I tried to explain that I had been calling n emailing them for three weeks prior and all they said was they couldnt do anything and that they were sorry for my inconvenience. So I am still stuck with no return ticket. Unless I buy a new won and spend more money :(

Their logo is " where we create unlimited memories just for you" ..more like where they create Nightmare if you have to make any changes to your ticket. I will Never Ever use them again..and I plan to make sure none of my friends, family or my associates ever use them eithe... MAKEMYTRIP.COM SUCKS!

<description><![CDATA[This is regarding my  Relaince Netconnect No.-7483117046. I would like to inform you that i am  very dissatisfied with the performance of the data card. Initially i  contacted the customer care  regarding the connection problem of the Data Card. On response from  reliance department i got to know that my area was under low coverage as  a result of which their is a network fluctuation problem as said by  their department. I have been facing issues with the speed and  connection of internet right from the beginning.
The network is getting disconnect every minutes and regularly keeps on fluctuating. After calling customer care  they promised that I will be getting call back from service dept and it  will be resolved with in two days but feel sorry to say that forget  about resolution even no one called to enquire also. After five days  when I called again today then your executive said they cant help  because there is no proper coverage in my resident area. And suggested  me to get disconnect and surrender the connection. He also promised that  he will be calling back with in hour to give the till date bill detail  so that I can make the payment. but he too also made false promise and hasn&rsquo;t called.
From past two months I have been writting to Nodal, Appelleate, and higher Authorities but no one even care to call/visit. Even I raised the issue with TRAI greivance Portal after which I am getting a mail from Reliance that Speed is above 500 kpbs, where as whenever I checked I found it is around 20 - 30 kpbs. Even to check the speed I need to try for 30 mins or 1 hrs to get net connect.
Last month only I have emailed them if you cant resolved then please disconnect immediately but they didnt. now they are calling for this month bill which I refused to pay.
I need help and want my money back which I paid for device and last  two month payment as neither they addressed my issue nor my problem is  resolved. They even dont care to call or visit also.]]></description>

I also sent many many e-mails to CHIERF GENERAL MANAGER PUNJAB,  DISTRICT HEAD on cgm_punjab@bsnl.co.in, pg_ferozepur@bsnl.co.in,  gmtd_ferozepur@bsnl.co.in, ajeet_kumarat@bsnl.co.in,nsgillat@bsnl.co.in  but I didn't get any reply from their end. <description><![CDATA[Hello sir This is to bring to your concern on how I faced losses because of carelessness of vodafone. My number is +91 - 9953700728. I raised a request for migrating my  connection from prepaid to postpaid around 24th may 2012. I already  faced a lot of problem in connecting to vodafone for this migration, It  actually took 1.5 months), nobody was there to support me. After all validations my connection was upgraded to postpaid and my prepaid SIM was blocked. So I put the prepaid SIM provided by your representative(SIM no. 182007497131) but it did not work for me. I called the customer care but, as usual, vodafone customer care people  are not properly trained , and They were saying it will take three days  for migration!After, when I requested to raise the issue to senior team, they told me it takes 4 hours for migration.  Even after 4 hours when I put this SIM back in, It didn't work, after  which when I called, they said that the sim which I have is not the  correct one&nbsp;and as per process, a new SIM would be couriered to me in 24 hrs.  The SIM reached my home in 48 hours!!! And even the new SIM did not work for me.When I called they first told me to call using another postpaid number, which I don't have, but somehow,hen I called, they told me the new SIM which I received(SIM no 181008541996) is also not correctly mapped with my number&nbsp;and they told me that I would get another sim in 24 hours for which I am not sure that I would get new SIM in time.So for total 4 days, I was unable to access the mobile services on my  phone , I had to face severe losses in my business because of that. I am Avinash Veleshala, using Airtel service. I have raised a message for MNP due to network issues at my work area but because of some unforeseen circumstances I didnot proceeded further with MNP. In the mean time I have received a call from Airtel customer care executives mentioning that they don't want to lose their previleged customers mentioning an MNP offer. I clearly mentioned them that I am not interested in any kind of offers. But to my surprise they activated that offer without my intervention and after 30days it is charging me a rental of 1re/day and also the national calling cost is also high. I have called the Airtel customer care executive to findout the reason and he mentioned this is because of that MNP offer activated on my mobile and he is clueless in deactivating the same. I have called manytimes and dont find any solution for this issue. The point here is that I don't understand why these people activate these kind of offers for customers without their intervention and the most embrassing thing is at the end of the day they will try to put all the blame on the customer itself for these kind of activations of offers. coming to my situation, I am helpless and I would like to find a way to deactivate the offer activated for my number as soon as possible. Some one please help me in deactivating the same.

I again call  customer care and they give me this transaction number :  1001205001922902 and said we have transfer the refund amount to your  bank on 5th Jun 2012, please check with your bank. I checked in my bank  and they told me no any transaction process in your account on 5th Jun,  and i check on 6th and 7th Jun also but no any amount deposit in my  account and also the transaction number is not correct bank said.   I again call to customer care and they give me this email id and said  send your bank details on this email backoffice.k@gmail.com, but not get  any response. I get confusing replies from Snapdeal and AFL helpdesk(Their inefficient courier service). When I contact snapdeal via their email helpline, I get a reply that  they have shipped the order, and I'm asked to contact the courier  service. When I contact their AFL courier service, they say the consignment has  been returned, and snapdeal team has to send orders to re-ship it.  I still can't understand how consignment can be returned. I have given  my office address as the shipping address, and the security guy at my  office would have definitely informed me, if someone had come to deliver  a courier.  Totally confused and frustrated by the service provided by Snapdeal and their courier service team. This is totally ridiculous!!

<description><![CDATA[HI,I think , I did a mistake by ordering product on timtara.com, I should have seen this site well before. I had ordered a mobile on timitara.com on 29-May-2012 and paid through net banking. after 4 days I had received a mail saying money got transferred to their account and product ready for shipment but even after that it wasn't happened. When I called them now (6-Jun-12), they are saying the stipulated time for shipping is 15-20 working days. isn't ridiculous in present days of shipping? 15-20 working days means almost a calendar month. This is utterly nonsense and I can't cancel my order now. Need to curse dataquest for giving the timtara as no one site for user experience, did this means no .1 in worst experience? and coming to my order I need to wait till this 20 days to pass and will update once again.

Would be lodging a police complaint. It is  high time concerned authorities try &amp; shut down this online fraud company  website.

<description><![CDATA[Even after repeatedly asking and telling them to give me a written proof that my internet connection(Customer ID 1104802629) has been disconnected . i have not got any. In fact I still am getting the bills on my email, even though the last i spoken to and was assured by the Tikona Delhi Nodal officer that the connection has been disconnected and now if anyone from tikona calls them then all i have to do is to tell them to speak in the nodal Officer's office.
Yesterday after getting a bill i called up tikona customer service and after trying for almost half n hour was finally attended by an executive, but he put me on hold and then disconnected the call. i called up again and then when attended by an executive ..this time she again told me the same thing that i should ignore these bills and then when the concerned department will see that i am not using the service anymore they will automatically discontinue sending the bills.. Isn't it Ridiculous &nbsp;!!! First after making a payment getting it installed was like climbing Mount Everest and now after making a full and final settlement payment still I am been harrased after almost 6 months ( last conversation in this regard been in Dec,2011) by sending bills for a service which is no longer even installed at my place, as their engineers have already taken their installations from my place.
It seems like Tikona's own departments cannot talk to each other . In the mean while am worried that i have to foot the bill though i have not used the service.]]></description>

To have the answer I had word with customer care on toll free no from there I came to know that my plan is havening a hidden condition that is after 9GB my plan will give me such speed.Now my complain is when the person who came to my place to explain me plan and get me a connection has not informed me this condition to make complain against him I called on local nodal desk no that is 079-40504501 but on that no they are just receiving and disconnecting my call I have tried 4 to 5 time but they just pick up and drop the call.Now can you help me for the same?]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[I would like to lodge a complaint on the basis of my relaince GSM service and &nbsp;my number is 88208 16179, freequently deducting certain amount from my account with out my consent. Kindly revert back my reduced amount from my account. &nbsp;Last week around Rs 30 was deducted from my account without sending me a message on why the &nbsp;money was deducted. &nbsp;Similarly i had Rs 40 deducted from my account after i &nbsp;called back on a missed call which i recieved. Have tried to reach the company customer care several times at the number published on the phone. No response as no one responds to the calls made to customer.

<description><![CDATA[Hi, I have been using Airtel 3G service (9972348262) since Febraury '12. My usage has pattern for last 5 months has never exceeded 5GB per month with bill amount ~ INR 750 per month. In the month of May '12, when I was trying to connect to net on 30th May, I observed there was no network coverage displayed in Airetl browser. I contacted Airtel customer care center(18001030405) immediately &amp; I was informed that the services are suspended soon after May month bill generation (i.e., 26th May) for the duration 26th April till May 26th, as I have crossed the bill limit &amp; the bill amount is ~ INR 4300 due to over usage of ~1.3 gb.
Immediately, I checked for the usae pattern &amp; I observed that on 25th May ~ 6:18 pm, I still had 10% of free quota still available in my account which I could use till 23:59:59 of the same day before the bill would have been generated after 00:00 hours of 26th May. So, when I asked the contact center guy, he informed it is because I have used 1.3 GB in just 6 hours. I was suprised to know that if I can use only 5 GB for regular usage pattern for whole of a month &amp; just 1.75 GB(1.3 GB + 10% of 5GB) in 6 hours.
My complaints to multiple contact centers (121, 12135 &amp; 18001030405) yielded no resolution after registering complaint &amp; till date Airtel has not been able to justify the usage discrepency &amp; bill.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[This is regarding my airtel no. 95 35 20 64 68. The airtel company charged unwanted java games bill ( worth : 4500 rupees ) on me in Jan and feb-2012.Where i have not downloaded any games , same was explained to customer care people on first day ( 13 /01/2012 ) when i got first SMS ( which was charge 99 rupees ).Please check my all complaints, when I called first time to airtel customer care , agents told that after the bill generation extra money will be deducted, then I waited till the generation of bill.Please find below complaint lists , same was not solved by airtel people . if this would have solved ( Java games activation deactivation ) on first day in January, my bill would not crossed 500 per month.First complaint date : 13/01/2012 , spoke to Chetan ( F993145599) Second complaint date : 17/01/2012 ,  spoke to Sandeep ( Group Manager ) (F991464329) There are so many complaints in the month feb and march -2012.Airtel customer care people even Nodal officers also don't know how to deactivate the games club...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wantedly airtel people are not activated the such a things to get money from users .i appreciate some appellate people who gave me only 1000 rupees discount..But i need total money ( which was due to games downloaded ) discount. Airtel should show there transparency in this issue.Mr. .Prashanth ( 9880 700 985/ ) spoken with me on 30-04/2012 and told that 2500 rupees he is going to give concession... but still the customised bill not at reached me..Dear Nodal officers / Appellate authorities   &hellip;.. please understand my problem , if I was a guilty I would have paid my bill long back&hellip;!Please take action and reduce my bill.
