I placed an order for a samsung Ominia phone on the Timtara.com website on 25 th April .I did not get my phone delivered in the 8-10 days which they promised. Despite calling them several times i got no response from them . This is the time which i decided to complaint against them and i lodged my complaint on a couple of websites . Next day i got a call from ShoutOut respresentative and was pleasantly surprised . After this in 2 weeks i was able to get my product delivered. Thanks ShoutOut ...

I had ordered for a Skullcandy Lowrider Mic'd Headphone on 26th of January 2012, Timtara has failed to deliver the same with in the specified time of 20 days, When repeated contacting them regarding the order status there costumer care kept telling that your order has been dispatched but the fact was it wasnt dispatched. Out of frustration I started searching on google regarding complains against Timtara and to my surprise I found so many of them on Shoutout.co.in. Then I decided to register my complain against Timtara on Shoutout.co.in which I did on 4th May and got their response with 24 hrs. ShoutOut have helped me getting my product at last on 23rd May after almost 4months, great job ShoutOut and I would surely recommend this site in future to anyone facing such problems.

I had ordered for a Toshiba laptop on 14th April and Timatara failed to deliver it after deducting the money from my account so i decided to cancel the order after which Timtara refused to give me my refund due to which i had sleepless nights. After searching on google i found Shoutout.co.in and when i did registerd my complaint in Shoutout.co.in within 48 hours their representative called me.He gave me the assurance to not to worry and they will try to get my money back from timtara. Finally i got my money back on 28th May . Would recommend their services to anyone who has been cheated by companies.
Bone Rich Impex was not delivering my 2TB Hardisk even after the promised date of 5 days for delivery. To teach them a lesson i logged my complaint with ShoutOut website on 3 rd April. Within the next few hours Bone Rich officials called me and offered to refund the whole money of Rs 5,500 as they did not want adverse publicity . Thanks Shoutout , you guys are doing a good job , i will recommend your services to everyone who has a complaint to resolve.
